Popular Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has announced the birth of his triplet sons with his wife and fellow actress Adebimpe Oyebade, sparking excitement among fans and colleagues.
The actor shared the news on his Instagram page on Friday, posting an emotional message in which he described the newborns as a major blessing and a defining moment in his life.
“I’ve been quiet… not absent. I was building, protecting, and embracing the greatest blessing of my life. God gave me more than I prayed for — a woman who became a mother of three, and three kings to call my own,” he wrote.
He concluded his message with “Alhamdulilah,” expressing gratitude, but did not reveal the names or exact birth date of the children.
The announcement quickly drew congratulatory messages from across the entertainment industry. Actress Mercy Aigbe praised the couple, while other colleagues and fans flooded the comment section with messages celebrating the good news.
Omowumi Dada also reacted, describing the development as a joyful start to the month of May.
Adedimeji and Oyebade, both well-known figures in the Yoruba film industry, got married in 2021 and have since remained one of Nollywood’s admired celebrity couples.
