Man takes poison on live Facebook after he caught his girlfriend cheating in South Africa (Video)

A Zimbabwean man, Kelvin Mhofu Ngoshi, is currently trending after he filmed himself drinking a bottle of what appeared to be Coke on live Facebook but which turned out to have been laced with poison.

Ngoshi was based in Middleburg South Africa and was believed to be having a good life, a nice apartment, with a beautiful car, a child and a lovely girlfriend.

On Sunday, he went live in his car, sipping what his friends and fans believed to be a bottle of pet Coke.

He never uttered a word as he seeped the beverage and no one actually thought much of it.

But with the benefit of hindsight, people understood the reason he was repeatedly shaking the bottle of Coke.

It was apparently to mix the poison with the original content of the bottle.

He later died, leaving behind a young daughter.

Details that emerged later indicated that he had a row with his girlfriend, Kudzie, whom he caught cheating on him.

They had been together since 2016, even though they had a break for a while and got back together in 2023.

It is speculated that an angry Ngoshi called it quits with Kudzie who then informed the authorities about some illegal coal deals Ngoshi was involved in in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Faced with a ruined relationship and possible trouble with the law, Ngoshi took the easy way out and took his own life.

Sadly, Kelvin’s parents are deceased and he was the sole provider for his sister, who is battling cancer.

Kelvin was responsible for her upkeep and hospital bills.
