Indecency or privacy intrusion? Netizens react to viral video of couple making love on their balcony in Kenya
Opinions are divided after a film of a couple enjoying intimacy on the balcony of their high-rise building in Kenya hit social media.
The incident was recorded in one of the high-rise buildings in South B, a division of the sub-county of Starehe in Nairobi, Kenya.
The viral video shows the woman who was wearing a long-sleeve top, holding on to the bannister while the man, who could not be seen from the camera angle, works away from behind.
From their balcony, they cannot be seen from the ground, but occupants of the opposite high-rise building, especially those in the taller buildings can see what was going on.
One of them, who appeared to be in a taller building, recorded the scene while hiding behind his curtains and later uploaded it raising concerns about decency and decorum in a highbrow residential area.
However, some commenters are of the opinion that the person who filmed the couple was the one who intruded into their privacy as they were in their apartment.
