The videos, currently circulating across social media platforms, reportedly captured the emotional moment the heartbroken husband publicly challenged the politician over the alleged relationship.
According to viral reports, the issue allegedly started after the husband first discovered his wife in the company of the lawmaker.
When he questioned his wife, she can be heard saying that nothing happened between her and the lawmaker, and that they only they “only went for massage.”
The man apparently did not buy the explanation, but let the situation slide until he found them together again.
The aggrieved husband caught the lawmaker and his wife again at a hotel, leading to another confrontation that later turned physical.
The incident has since triggered widespread reactions online, with Nigerians taking sides with the husband and the lawmaker.
Some social media users condemned the alleged affair, while others argued that the husband should have directed his anger at his wife instead of confronting the politician.
