She regrets action, claims she got carried away
A housewife has landed in trouble after a video of her hugging and kissing her idol, Romeo Santos, on stage went viral and ended her 10-year-old marriage.
In the viral video, the lady climbs the stage and is locked in a warm embrace with the famous vocalist, Romeo Santos, in his highly publicised final reunion concert with the Aventura group.
As the artiste lifts her during their embrace, her mini skirt rides up, showing her bare bum to the audience.
To make matters worse, she does not appear to be wearing any panties.
She then kisses him briefly on the lips, as the audience roars in excitement.
The video of the incident instantly went viral to the disappointment of the lady’s husband who reportedly ended their decade-long union.
As the footage circulated online, social media users flooded the comment section with varied opinions, with some supporting the husband’s decision and others criticizing it.
In an interview, the embattled lady said in Spanish, translated into English:
“I don’t know where to start, but I want to share how happy I feel to have achieved this long-awaited dream, one that I imagined for years both awake and asleep. For me, it’s not just about admiring the artist, but also about appreciating the great human being that he is. I have followed and admired him for a long time.
However, I have to admit that this achievement had a very high cost: the breakup of my 10-year marriage. Although at the time I did not think about the consequences, I recognize that I let myself be carried away by nerves and emotion, without measuring how this could affect my family. Today I am overcome with a deep sadness when I realize the impact I caused, but I must be responsible for my actions and respect his decision.”
