President Bola Tinubu is being criticized online for hypocrisy and wastefulness after a video of his long convoy was recorded in Lagos and posted online by a netizen on Wednesday.

The president is in Lagos to commission the Lagos Red Line train today, Thursday, February 29, 2024.

This had earlier been announced in a statement on Wednesday by Gbenga Omotoso, Lagos commissioner for information and strategy.

The President’s convoy was captured around Gbagada Expressway, apparently upon his arrival in Lagos from Abuja.

The video shows that movement on the other side of the road had been stopped completely to facilitate the movement of the president and his convoy

The Caption written for the video reads: “ This is the president who wants to implement the Steve Orosanye report. The masses need to adapt to the current situation of the country. Oshodi to Anthony via Oworonsoki was blocked What kind of m*dness is this?”
