Video of men, women, soldiers climbing fence, roof to access 25kg bag of rice in Lagos (Video)

A trending video has shown the moment a mammoth crowd besieged the premises of the Nigeria Customs Service at Harvey Road, Yaba to get hold of a 25kg bag of rice being sold for 10,000 naira.

Some women were being assisted by some men to clamber over the perimeter fence of the customs service.
