A video has emerged showing the moment an African American man was shot after he assaulted his girlfriend in her home.
The clip opens with the man pinning the girlfriend down on the sofa as his brother walks in and queries him for having the gut to lay his hands on his sister in their home.
The older brother says the man can do whatever he likes in his crib (house), but not while the sister is in the safety of the family home.
The boyfriend remains undeterred and pushes the girlfriend who has stood up back on to the sofa, while he argues that it is his girlfriend and he can do what he wants.
The brother pulls a pistol and can be heard saying, “Do you think I’m playing with you?” The next moment, he shoots the boyfriend in the stomach and he crumples down.
The room erupts in commotion as the person filming the incident and another person sitting around scream.
