Yet unknown number of people lost their lives after a petrol tanker rammed into some vehicles along the Abuja-Keffi Nasarawa expressway on Saturday.
The driver of the fully-loaded tanker was said to have lost control and collided with other vehicles on the road.
The incident which happened about 10 pm affected many vehicles plying the busy highway as they also caught fire after the accident. It was not immediately clear if the tanker exploded.
The accident led to a gridlock on the expressway, which is known to experience heavy traffic especially along the Nyanya/Maraba axis.
