A video clip of a 2019 interview has surfaced wherein Pero Adeniyi’s father, Prince Jide claimed that popular singer, Innocent Idibia, better known as TuFace was married to his daughter.
In the 2019 interview with Asabe Afrika, Prince Jide said Innocent Idibia was brought into his life by his daughter, Pero years ago and he immediately inquired what his motive was.
The father said it was mutual love as Tuface told him he wanted to marry his daughter, while Pero also told him she loved and wanted to marry Tuface.
He said Tuface however “married another woman”, after marrying his daughter.
At the time of the interview, Prince Jide said he had not spoken to Tuface in 2 years. He however acknowledged that Tuface was a businessman and might be busy.
The video resurfaced after Tuface’s wife, Annie called him out for sleeping under the same roof with his children’s mother, Pero Adeniyi while visiting the kids they share.
Neither Tuface nor Pero has spoken over the controversy to date.
