Wrestling match turns gruesome as wrestler electrocutes his father in the ring

A man has ended up k!lling his own father during an unconventional wrestling match in the United Kingdom.

In a shocking and controversial ‘death match’ event held in Sheffield, UK, 27-year-old wrestler Jack Harrop reportedly used jump leads connected to a car battery to electrocute his father, 49-year-old Isaac ‘Iceman’ Harrop, during their bout.

The event, co-hosted by ICW No Holds Barred and Rise England promotions, is part of a wrestling subgenre known for extreme violence and the use of unconventional weapons, including steel chairs and barbed-wire bats.

During this particular match, both father and son were covered in blood before the electrocution incident occurred.

This incident has intensified the ongoing debate about the safety and ethical implications of ‘death matches’ within the wrestling community.

In 2022, a similar controversy arose when a match between wrestlers Ronnie Thatcher and Blizzard involved the use of a garden strimmer and lightbulbs as weapons, leading to police investigations.

Despite the growing concerns and controversies surrounding these events, ‘death matches’ continue to be organized, drawing both criticism and fascination from audiences worldwide.

The police have now launched an investigation into the recent wrestling mishap in Sheffield.
