Man claims Anambra security outfit will arrest any woman seen in public without wearing bra or pants

A video is trending showing a man making an announcement through a public address system to the effect that security operatives have been empowered in Anambra State to arrest any woman going about without wearing a bra or panties.

The announcer said the order was from the state governor, Dr. Chukwuma Charles Soludo.

The man who spoke Igbo throughout, further said any woman seen wearing only bras and panties where others could see her would also be arrested.
