The police in Kaduna are holding a 20-year-old man, David Felix, after he k!lled his father for allegedly appearing to him in his dream as a bird.
When he woke up, he went to where his father was sleeping and hit him with a pestle, killing him.
The unfortunate incident occurred at their residence in Madakiya village in Zangon Kataf LGA of the state on Saturday, September 30, 2O23.
According to the Command’s PPRO, ASP Mansir Hassan, during an interrogation at the State Police Command Headquarters, the suspect admitted to the crime and regretted his action.
A family source who spoke to newsmen disclosed that: “Felix told us that his late father recurrently manifested in his dreams as a bird with a human face, attempting to harm him.”
