Man spends fortune to marry police officer only to find out that another man threw separate  party for their son’s naming

A young Ghanaian man named Tony has taken to Oyerepa FM’s Aunty Naa’s show to expose his wife and her concubine.

According to the young man, his wife, Belinda Asantewaa is a police officer who is currently stationed at Cape Coast.

The man claims that he was responsible for her education right from senior secondary school to her training college and also paid protocol for her to get into the police service.

He reportedly was also responsible for the totality of the wedding expenses, costing him Ghc 120,000 (about N4.7m).

Just before the wedding, he claimed the wife told him about being pregnant for him and he accepted the news gladly.

After the traditional and white wedding ceremonies, his wife delivered a bouncy baby boy.

He said he proceeded to hold an elaborate christening ceremony for their ‘son’.

The first sign of trouble he noticed, according to him, was that another man held a separate naming ceremony for the same child in his own house and people came to inform him.

He confronted the wife with the information he got and asked pointedly if the baby belonged to the other man said to be a Customs Officer.

The matter degenerated into massive rift between him and his wife.

He claimed that the family of his wife later approached him to sum up everything he has spent on his wife so they could give him back.

The heartbroken man claimed that despite giving them the expenses, he had not been reimbursed and he had been left in the lurch.

He claimed he had waited for four months for the family to refund him to no avail, while the wife continued to live with the new man in Cape Coast.

He further alleged that the police officer wife has threatened to kill him if he ventured near her home in Cape Coast to demand for his money.

Scenes from the alleged white wedding ceremony were flashed in recording of the aggrieved man’s interview at Oyerepa FM.
