President-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was seen jumping up in joy the moment he was declared the winner of the 2023 Presidential election.
The video shows him in a room full of his aides and associates, all listening to the INEC Chairman making the declaration of the winner on a television set in the room.
