Woman given quit notice by landlord after massively renovating apartment in Edo State

A woman is currently ruing her fate after her landlord gave her a quite notice upon carrying out a major renovation on the apartment.

She shared a video showing renovations going on in the apartment to bring it up to standard.

After giving the apartment her money and time, she received a quit notice on Jan. 20, asking her and other tenants to vacate the property.

“If you think heartbreak is painful, read the last paper,” the tenant wrote as she shared the quit notice she received from her landlord’s lawyer.

“My heart is paining me,” she added.
