Rapper Blaqbonez, comedian Carter Efe fight dirty on Twitter over ‘Machala’ song

Nigerian rapper and singer, Emeka Akumefule, better known as Blaqbonez, has literally entered the ring in the ongoing battle between comedian Carter Efe and singer Berri-Tiga over the ownership of their smash tune ‘Machala’.

Recall that Carter Efe and Berri-Tiga collaborated on the song, which is currently enjoying massive acceptance and airplay.

In the last couple of days, the two have been dragging each other on social media over who actually owns the song.

Claims were made during the fight that Carter Efe offered singer Berri-Tiga, who wrote and sang the entire song, a 95%-5% sharing formula.

Blaqbonez thought this was ridiculous and took to Twitter on Friday, September 16th, to slam Carter Efe for offering such a deal to a creative.

The rapper said promoters are important, but not as important as the creative, because without the promoter, a song might eventually be big, but without a creative, the song will not exist at all.

Cater Efe will not take it lying low, he picked his own phone and tweeted:

@BlaqBonez hit back: “Jealous of a naked comedian?! I spend a lot of money to not look like you!”

Efe would not let him have the last word. He tweeted: “Seeeeeeee fool😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Remember say na buju give you your hit song ooooo!

Carter Efe is currently trending as number two topic on Twitter as this is being written, as people waded in to offer their comments.

Many tweeps are mocking Efe and comparing him to Portable, apparently because of his tendency to over-react to issues.
