Ikoyi and Sheggz are currently trending, all thanks to a contestant in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 7 reality TV show, Sheggz.
Most of the threads show scenes where Sheggz is boasting about his background, his Ikoyi neighbourhood and related issues.
In one clip, he claims that every single policeman in Ikoyi knows him and goes ahead to cite an instance of when he was travelling to the airport at 5 am and policemen at a junction sighted his car and hailed him loudly, ‘Big Sheggz, Big Sheggz!’
Sheggz was having a conversation with Doyin, Bella, and Allysyn.
While Doyin and Bella appear to be lapping it all up, Allyson appears completely unimpressed.
Fans of the reality TV show are just as unimpressed, and many of them have accused Sheggz of lying. Many others think the housemate is proud and arrogant.
There are earlier clips of him ‘broke-shaming’ fellow housemates or claiming that they would not be in the same space with him if not for Big Brother.
