A woman who posted a naked picture of a man she had sex with in revenge has been sentenced to three months imprisonment in the United Kingdom.

Yasmin Walker, 30, of Scarborough, North Yorkshire, posted the naked picture with laughing emojis on Instagram after having a fling with the victim who then said he just wanted to be friends.

Walker captioned the picture ‘what the f*** is that?’, apparently in reference to the man’s private parts, next to three laughing emojis.

The screenshot of the post was sent to the  victim, who immediately begged Walker to take it down. He later contacted the police.

Prosecutor Lewis Allan Kerr said the defendant deleted the post after it had been online for 11 minutes.

Walker later told the victim on WhatsApp ‘Not my fault you got a little d*** and is s*** in bed.

The victim said he had been at a bar where people were shouting stuff about the picture at him, although he did not provide any further personal statement that could have shaped the judgement.

The court convicted Walker of disclosing a personal sexual photo with intent to cause distress at the seaside town’s magistrates court.

Walker’s defence was that the picture was accidentally posted.

Her lawyer told the court she had just survived an abusive relationship where she was battered and lost sight in one eye.

Judge Sean Morris gave Walker three months in jail. He said he did this ‘so people know revenge porn means prison’.
