Osun Guber Race: Adeleke’s musician son arrives Nigeria, flaunts bundles of cash as he heads to Osun to support his dad
Popular singer and Davido’s cousin, BRed, has arrived Nigeria to support his father, Ademola Adeleke, contesting for the governorship of Osun State under the banner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
A clip shows BRed in a car with bundles of cash on his lap, and people massing around his car.
He counts some cash and gives it to the crowd and asks the driver to take off. Then he says: “Wait, wey my igbo?” (‘Igbo is Yoruba word for weed)
Voters go to the polls on Saturday, July 16, to elect a new governor in Osun State. The incumbent is asking for another tenure, while Adeleke believes he can oust him.
