A motorist, Lema Jonathan, has accused the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) of hypocrisy and double standard after he found out that the four tyres of the van used by officials who arrested him for using expired tyres had also expired.
According to the Nation, Jonathan was stopped by the FRSC officials who inspected his tyres and booked him for using expired tyres.
He also decided to inspect their own tyres and found out that all the four tyres on their own van were expired too.
However, apart from taking pictures and posting them on social media, there was nothing else he could do, as he had no power to book them too.
