How cancer snatched Ogogo
The iconic actor lost the battle for life to cancer on Sunday, August 23, 2026. According to the information released by one of his daughters, the actor was diagnosed with stage four cancer only three weeks earlier.
Before then, he had been up and about, looking hale and hearty. Many fans recalled seeing him at the Ojude Oba on Friday, May 29, 2026, looking lively and ebullient.
The remains of the legendary actor were laid to rest on Monday, August 24, 2026, in his hometown, Ilaro, Ogun State.
