Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about her current views on marriage, revealing that she has emotionally moved away from the idea of getting married again.
The actress made the disclosure during a livestream conversation with TikTok personality Jarvis, where she spoke about family, motherhood, and her personal life.
According to Regina, although she still hopes to have a daughter someday, she no longer sees marriage as something she wants for herself.
During the conversation, the actress also revealed that the last time she saw her children was last year, expressing hope that she would reunite with them again soon.
“For some reason, I’ve checked my mind out of getting married,” she said.
Despite her feelings about marriage, Regina noted that she strongly desires to have a girl child because she believes raising a daughter offers a unique experience of motherhood.
“I feel like you understand motherhood better when you have a girl child,” she added.
Her comments have sparked conversations online, especially following reports that she separated from her husband, Ned Nwoko, in October last year after an alleged marital dispute.
The actress’ remarks have since generated mixed reactions from fans and social media users, with many discussing her perspective on relationships and parenting.
Daniels was in the news recently when she was filmed accepting a gift of a G-Wagon from an unnamed admirer.
The car was presented by a man who called himself Odogwu Malaysia, but he was quick to point out that it was an unnamed governor who sent him to make the presentation.
Before then, the actress had also posted photos of a bouquet and other gifts a mystery man sent to her.
