Embarrassing moment woman’s panties dropped during dance presentation at church altar

A viral video has shown the moment a South African woman dancing on a church altar experienced the worst form of wardrobe malfunction when her panties dropped to her ankles 

The video shows the plus-size woman dancing vigorously alongside a group of fellow women, with their leader holding a large portrait of an elderly woman.

It is not clear what the dance presentation was all about, but it was well choreographed with the women dancing happily in unison.

Then, at a point in their routine, the woman’s white panties dropped to her ankles, and she did not immediately realise it, because she was wearing long stockings which prevented her from feeling the panties dropping.

She danced for a few seconds before realising what had happened. She quickly bent down to pull up the undies as the congregation watched.

The elders in the front row showed no emotions at the development, but some noise was made by some other members of the congregation in response to the scene.

The incident has now attracted negative comments targeted at the members of the church, who are being accused of insensitivity for laughing at the woman.

An X user with the name, BM Bongo, criticised the church members for not immediately calling the woman’s attention to her unfortunate plight, but laughing instead.

He generalised by opining that many churchgoers were evil-minded and worse than beer parlour patrons because they lacked compassion for one another.

Another X user defended the church members, arguing that the laughter was spontaneous because what happened was most unexpected.

“Laughter sometimes comes out spontaneously as a reflex to lighten an embarrassing situation. It’s not meant to make the person feel bad, but for her to see it in a lighter mood, rather than killing herself over it”, he wrote.
