BBNaija Star Ilebaye shows father allegedly brutalising her on livestream

Reality TV star and BBNaija All Stars winner, Ilebaye Odiniya, popularly known as “Gen Z Baddie,” has sparked widespread concern online after an emotional Instagram Live video allegedly showed her crying and calling for help during a family dispute.

According to viral reports circulating on social media, the incident allegedly happened when Ilebaye visited her family home ahead of her 25th birthday celebration.

Several blogs claimed the reality star was involved in a serious altercation with her father, identified online as Hon. Emmanuel Godson Odiniya, a politician from Kogi State.

Unverified reports alleged that the disagreement escalated into a physical confrontation inside the family home, with some claiming the reality star later went live on Instagram around midnight when she could not get anyone to save her from her father.

Social media posts further alleged that neighbours reportedly heard commotion from the residence but were unable to gain access to the house.

The reports also claimed that friends eventually arrived and took her away from the residence about 2:30 am.

Adding to the online reactions, former BBNaija star Beauty Tukura reportedly confirmed that Ilebaye is safe but stated that it remains her story to tell.

The incident has triggered heated reactions online, with many Nigerians calling for a proper investigation into the allegations, while others urged caution pending an official statement from those involved.

As of the time of filing this report, Ilebaye and her family had not released any official public statement addressing the viral claims.
