‘My ex-hubby wants me back years after he removed my name from his visa because of his side chick- UK-based Nigerian woman
A UK-based Nigerian woman, Binyelum Gillian, has taken to social media to ridicule her ex-husband, Chima Stanley Irona, who is desperately trying to have her back.
Binyelum says the man only made a U-turn after his plan to deport her from the UK failed, and she was able to turn her life around in the country without him.
The estranged wife claimed that Irona had frustrated her life when she lived with him, accusing him of financial manipulation, abuse, and deceit.
She shared voice notes of herself begging her husband not to end the marriage, promising to do whatever it took to make the marriage work, including contributing money for the upkeep of the home.
Binyelum Gillian recounts how trouble started
Going down memory lane, she recalled that her husband was the one who secured a study visa.
Binyelum claimed that she was working to support him through school. Trouble started when her husband allegedly started an affair with a Nigerian lady in London.
She claimed that her husband would use her money to take care of the strange woman.
When she brought the matter up, it escalated into hostilities, and the husband asked to end the marriage.
Realising that he was the one with the major visa, Binyelum claimed she swallowed her pride and begged her husband despite him being the one who cheated.
She claimed that her husband ignored her pleas and went ahead to remove her name from his visa.
Binyelum said she was surely on her way back to Nigeria if not for the intervention of some of their friends who helped her to secure a job that sponsored her visa.
She said she had packed out of Irona’s house and had been living alone and doing well.
Binyelum claimed that some people had seen her recently and told her husband that she had become more beautiful. She claimed that that was when her estranged husband started calling her repeatedly to plead that they should mend fences.
Binyelum posted a series of voice notes where the man is heard sobbing and admitting that he did wrong and was prepared to make amends.
He begged Binyelum to take him back.
But the lady said she was done with the marriage and would never go back to him.
Binyelumchukwu said she decided to expose the truth because of the false narratives being peddled about her by her ex-husband after she rebuffed his entreaties to return.
