A mother, Tanya Nikki, has taken to social media to celebrate the courage of her six-year-old daughter who travelled alone from the United States of America to the United Kingdom.
Tanya, a corporate lawyer, shared the emotional moment the little girl boarded the flight by herself, while she waved her goodbye, fighting tears.
She explained on her TikTok page @tanyanikki93, that her daughter had been with her in the US for her summer holidays and was returning to London in the UK.
She described her daughter as fearless as she took her first unaccompanied flight, whereas, she was crying in the terminal and tracking her flight like it was a full-time job.
She added that the airline provided full supervision for her daughter until she arrived safely in London.
The video has generated a lot of mixed reactions, with many commending the little girl for her bravery.
However, many commented that the child was too young to be put on a solo flight, arguing that a better alternative should have been used.
