Veteran Nollywood actor, Tito Harrison, has opened up about the harrowing toll his health crisis took on his life, revealing he was forced to sell his home, car, and personal belongings to cover mounting medical bills.

Speaking in a heartfelt interview on Biola Bayo’s podcast, Harrison disclosed that his battle with liver disease and a chronic ulcer left him financially and emotionally devastated.

After exhausting all his resources, he and his wife had no choice but to move in with her mother.

“I sold my house, car, and everything I had to pay hospital bills… We had to stay at my mother-in-law’s place,” he shared.

Despite the ordeal, Harrison praised his wife for her unwavering support, calling her the only constant in his darkest moments.

“My wife stood by me when everybody left me. If I come to this world again, it is my wife I will marry,” he said emotionally.

The actor also criticized some of his industry colleagues for mocking his situation instead of offering support.

“Someone said, ‘Tito Harrison is finished. He’s now living in his wife’s mother’s house’… If you can’t rally around me, don’t kill my reputation,” he lamented.
