A lady filmed stomping on a baby and beating him with a rod has reportedly been arrested.
More information coming in also indicated that the poor baby died as a result of the severe maltreatment.
The incident happened in January and it was in Uganda and not Nigeria.
Recall that a former minister posted the video and pleaded for information to identify the culprit and the baby a few days ago.
