A graduation celebration has turned tragic as one of the graduands ran his car over a pedestrian in Oghara, Delta State.
A video of the incident shows young men parading the streets in posh cars, with at least one of the vehicles blaring a siren.
Then another video shows a Toyota Camry that was involved in an accident. Young men can be seen pushing the car from on top of a man. Thankfully, the victim appears to be alive as he can be seen moving his hands.
