A lady has taken to social media to ask for help to locate a man who allegedly duped her of N600k.
According to information shared by tiktok user, @Miyobstaste, the man was a long-standing customer that did heavy transactions running into millions of naira at the POS shop.
The sales girl and her colleagues knew him as Muhammed Abdul Mubarak. She said he would sometimes come into their shop and buy food to eat while discussing with them.
On the day of the fraud, he came as usual but pretended that he was expecting a transfer and asked for the money, promising to send it when the transfer landed.
The incident happened in November, last year, but till date they have not set eyes on him.
The salesgirl who attended to him was arrested by the police and is now working free to defray the cost of the stolen money.
They are asking for help to track him down.
