The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), has intercepted a large cache of arms and ammunition believed to have been smuggled into the country.
The Nation reports that the value of the large cache of arms and ammunition has yet to be disclosed.
The publication reports that the Comptroller-General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, is already in Lagos to address journalists on the development at the Federal Operation Unit (FOU) Zone “A,” Ikeja, Lagos.
