IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu accuses Justice Binta Nyako of vested interest in his case (video)

IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu has accused Justice Binta Nyako, the judge presiding over his trial, of vested interest in his trial alleging that she is under pressure to convict him in exchange for leniency towards her family.
The incarcerated IPOB leader made the statement during his court appearance. He lamented that “Poor knowledge of the law is killing Nigeria.”
He argued that his agitation for self-rule was not a crime and cited judgments that he claimed invalidate his trial.
He insisted that Justice Nyako’s handling of the case demonstrated bias, and called for her to recuse herself.
Kanu reiterated his accusation that the Nigerian government had kidnapped him from Kenya, describing his rendition as a violation of international law and his human rights.
