A retired teacher, Mrs Omoregbe Konosine, who was pushed down from the second floor of her apartment by her adopted son, 14-year-old boy, Okogbe Emma Chris, in Iju Lagos is to be buried in her home state, Edo.
According to the family, a wake keep will be held for the late Mrs Konosine on February 13, 2025, while her body will be laid to rest in her ancestral home, Ojirami Afe, Akoko, Edo State on February 14.
It would be recalled that the 71-year-old retired teacher was k!lled by her adopted son, whom she brought back home from the boarding school she sent him to in Delta State so he could keep her company in the home.
Chris who is very fluent in English revealed that he was disgruntled after a neighbourhood friend told him he was not a biological son of his mother.
He went to confront his mother who confessed to him that it was true.
