Men suspected to be phone thieves have stabbed a young man identified as Dabit Jesse Longji, to d3ath in Jos, Plateau State.
Jesse was on his way to the Plateau State Crossover event held on Tuesday night at the Secretariat flyover when he was ambushed and attacked by the assailants.
According to close friends and relatives who have being paying him tributes on social media, Jesse’s assailants stole his phone, stabbed and left him severely injured.
Passersby found him unconscious at the British America area of the city and mobilized to take him to the hospital where he passed away.
