”You must be incredibly dense” – Actor Patrick Doyle thrashes Davido for saying Nigerian economy is in a shambles

Media personality and actor, Patrick Doyle, has tongue-lashed singer, Davido for an uncomplimentary comment he made about the Nigerian economy.

Davido was a guest on a radio programme in the US last week, where he spoke about the state of the economy in Nigeria and Africa in general.

The Nigerian superstar shared his thoughts when it was mentioned that some people were considering relocating to Africa after Donald Trump’s win in the U.S. presidential election.

“Leave America and go where? It’s not cool back home. The economy now is in shambles.” he said.

Reacting to Davido’s statement via his Facebook page, Doyle wrote:

“You have to be incredibly dense to ask foreigners not to visit a country where your father has a $2 Billion Dollar power generation investment. Some persons ought to know much better.”
