Afrobeats superstar, Wizkid has reignited his long-standing feud with fellow singer Davide Adeleke, better known as Davido.
The clash began after Davido announced his upcoming single on Nigeria’s Independence Day.
In a tweet, Davido shared, “First single of the year loading 👀. Happy Independence Day 🇳🇬.”
However, Wizkid quickly took to X (formerly Twitter), posting a series of insults aimed at Davido’s announcement. One of his tweets read, “Pussy boys dropping mids again! ❤️🦅.”
The exchange escalated when Tycoone, a close associate of Davido, joined the fray by provoking Wizkid, writing, “Tell your daddy to drop na 😂,” referencing the delay in Wizkid’s much-anticipated album.
Wizkid responded by labelling Davido “wack” and “untalented,”
In one of his fiery tweets, Wizkid remarked, “I don’t beef wack niggas. We all know he’s wack, no talent. 80 trash, we got 80 songs for any album you all drop. Una don tire? Make una go rest.”
