A man was embarrassed in South London when he was reportedly asked to leave a restaurant due to complaints from other customers about his facial appearance.

Oliver Bromley, 42, who suffers from a genetic condition causing benign tumours to grow on his nerves, claims he was confronted by staff shortly after entering the establishment.

According to Bromley, staff members informed him that several customers had expressed discomfort at his presence, leading to his removal from the venue.

Bromley, who described the incident as humiliating, stated, “I was just there to enjoy a meal, like everyone else. It’s heartbreaking that my appearance would scare people.”

Following the incident, Bromley contacted the police, highlighting the discriminatory nature of the restaurant’s actions.

He urged the public to foster a more inclusive environment, regardless of appearance.

This event has sparked discussions on social media about acceptance and respect for individuals with visible differences, as many voiced their outrage over the treatment Bromley received.
