Family Matters star Reginald VelJohnson denies sexual involvement with US rapper ‘Diddy’

Reginald VelJohnson has firmly denied recent allegations that he was sexually involved with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The rumours emerged following Diddy’s arrest on September 16 on charges related to sex trafficking.

“That’s all bulls**t,” the “Family Matters” actor stated in a TMZ interview while out in Los Angeles on September 25. “I don’t know that man. I’ve never met him before.”

Despite the serious allegations against Combs, 54, VelJohnson expressed his well wishes for the rapper.

“I wish him well, though,” the 72-year-old actor said.

Currently a contestant on Season 33 of Dancing With The Stars, VelJohnson also advised those spreading the rumours to “get a life.”

Four months prior to Combs’ arrest, comedian Luce Cannon claimed in a video that he stumbled upon a sexual encounter involving the two men.

Cannon recounted hearing noises from a room and, upon bursting through the door, allegedly saw VelJohnson with Combs, famously referring to VelJohnson’s character from “Family Matters,” Carl Winslow.

Diddy’s name has been at the forefront of media discussions since his arrest on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transporting individuals for prostitution.
