The Commissioner for Finance in Borno State, Ahmed Ali Ahmed, has passed away.
Reports indicated that the Commissioner d!ed inside his room this morning, Monday, August 26.
Family members became apprehensive after he failed to come out of his room. The room’s door was then forced open where his corpse was found.
Governor Babagana Zulum has lost two of his cabinet members within one year.
Announcing the death of the Commissioner in a statement on Monday, the Commissioner of Information and Internal Security, Professor Usman Tar said “The burial is slated for 5:00p.m. today at the family house of the late commissioner in Damboa Road behind Indimi’s residence.”
