Nigerian lady tears her husband’s passport in front of airport officials in Lagos (Video)
A trending video has shown the moment a woman tore her husband’s passport into shreds in front of immigration officers at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
The couple and their children had just arrived in Nigeria and were pushing their children and luggage to the exit when the incident happened.
She tore the documents into pieces and when an immigration officer queried her, she declared that she tore it.
“Na me tear am. Na your own?” she fired at the officer.
The husband remained rooted to the same spot as the woman headed for the exit with her toddler children while the husband remains with their little child inside the pram.
A man who apparently was on the same flight with the couple can be heard saying: “She has been like that all through the flight.”
The man appealed to the husband to remain calm as he always been. He advised the husband to gather the pieces of his torn passport.
The man then went to gather the pieces of his passport.
