Nigeria’s hope for gold at the ongoing Paris Olympics, Favour Ofili, broke down in tears after coming 6th in the 200 metres final at the games.
The race was won by Gabrielle Thomas of the United States of America (USA), while Julien Alfred of Saint Lucia won silver.
Brittany Brown of USA won bronze.
