Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia’s daughter murd*red in her Ikoyi, Lagos home

Three domestic staff are currently being interrogated in connection with the m*rder of Aribemchukwu, the daughter of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of the Federal High Court.

Newly married Aribemchukwu, a medical doctor, was found de@d in her Parkview Estate residence in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State this morning, Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

The late Aribemchukwu is believed to have been k!lled on Tuesday night, but her body was only discovered this morning outside the gate of her residence.

The police are working with the theory that the domestic staff perpetrated the act and tried to make it seem like it happened outside the home, according to a source.

The police reportedly saw signs of an attempt to clean up blood inside the house and in the compound.

It was gathered that the staff were less than a month in the employment of the deceased and she was alone in the house with them.

Lagos Police Command spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident to the Punch, adding that the body had been recovered and her driver and two maids arrested.
