Ghanaian celebrity warns men against dating married women after promising musician was k!lled in married woman’s compound
Ghanaian celebrity blogger, Rashad, has warned men to stay away from married women after a promising musician, Nana Yaw, was mobbed to death in a married woman’s compound in Kumasi, Ghana.
It would be recalled that Nana Yaw was staying with his lover, Nana Yaa in her apartment in Kumasi a few days ago when he ventured out at midnight and was accosted by other members of the compound who though he was an intruder.
He was said to have confidently told the residents that he was a guest of Nana Yaa and was not an intruder.
When the residents summoned Nana Yaa who was married to a man residing abroad, she reportedly denied knowing the musician, prompting the residents to descend on him, beating him unconscious.
Nana Yaa was said to have denied her lover because her in-laws were among the crowd who called her to come and testify and she wanted to protect her marriage.
She has now been picked up by the police to assist them in the investigation of the case.
Commenting on the incident, Rashad, who spoke on GhPage’s Rash Hour Show sympathized with the family of the deceased musician.
He said Nana Yaw’s untimely and painful death had cut short his promising career.
“It’s quite unfortunate that Nana Yaw’s life was cut short. He was promising and full of life” he said.
He however strongly condemned Nana Yaw’s affair with Nana Yaa, who is a married woman.
“It’s a big NO for a guy to share romantic ties with a married woman,” Rashad said.
He advised other young men who might be secretly dating married women to desist immediately.
According to him, such relationships had moral and societal implications
