A young man, Michael Opara, has taken to social media to lament his fate after his fiancée of several years dumped him for a white man she met just weeks before their wedding.
An invitation to the wedding is already printed according to him. The invite, which he shared, carries the picture of the young couple in traditional attires.
According to the invitation, the wedding was reportedly set to take place on June 29, 2024.
However, the wife-to-be, Portia Osabutey, reportedly met a Caucasian man she is now planning to spend the rest of her life with.
The man expressed his devastation and disbelief at the sudden turn of fate.
His post read: “Our wedding was set on June 29th, and she just left me for a white man.”
The couple are based in Ghana, but the man’s name looks Nigerian, while the lady’s name is clearly Ghanaian.
The post is generating lots of reactions online, with many people consoling him and urging him to move on with his life.
