A man has died while enjoying himself in a bar located along the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway.
The incident reportedly took place on May 15, 2024.
According to the police, the owner of the bar reported at the Elere police division that the deceased, who is believed to be in his 50s, visited his bar on the said day and sat to watch television.
After a while, they noticed the man was sleeping on the chair. However, when they tried to wake him, they realized it was more than an ordinary sleep.
They found that the body was lifeless.
The police said they visited the scene and examined the deceased.
They said no marks of violence were noticed on him. The body was then moved to the Mainland General Hospital Mortuary in Yaba, Lagos.
Efforts are now being made to locate his family.
