Zubby Michael finally publicly mourns Junior Pope after he was called out

Actor, Zubby Michael has finally shared a post to mourn his former colleague and friend, Junior Pope, two weeks after his death.

John Paul Odonwodo, aka Junior Pope, drowned on April 10, alongside movie crew members.

After his death, many actors mourned him on social media but Zubby, who was his best man at his wedding, did not and many netizens and fellow actors noticed.

Many Nigerians took to Zubby’s page to call him out for not mourning his friend.

Actress Angela Okorie stepped into the battle and severely dragged Zubby for not paying open tributes to Junior Pope.

He defended by saying that it was not only through posting of pictures or tribute that one could mourn.

He wrote on Instagram: “no be by posting.”

Two weeks after the tragic boat mishap, Zubby has shared a photo of Junior Pope while mourning him.

He wrote: “It’s difficult to say rip nwanne.”
