A viral video of a young woman sexually abusing a child has attracted the attention of the Lagos State government.
The woman involved filmed the video of the act and it found its way to the internet.
The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, has asked for help in finding the abuser.
They have also warned Nigerians against sharing the atrocious video.
