Home faces disintegration after baby is diagnosed with SS while father is AA and mum is AS
A young couple are facing a tough challenge that may end their marriage in Lagos State.
Trouble started after their baby was diagnosed with SS whereas the Genotype of the husband is AA, while that of the wife is AS.
The pained husband took his wife before a reality TV judge Funmi Asaolu, asking for assistance to determine the paternity of their baby.
The wife insisted she had not been wayward and did not sleep with any other man at the time of the conception of their baby.
The court ordered a DNA test which confirmed that the man had a zero probability of being the father of the baby.
Judge Asaolu has now ordered a maternity test to be carried out on the baby and the mother to rule out the possibility of having been given the wrong child at the hospital.
