Police confirm arrest of white teenager captured on video assaulting and forcing black boy to kiss his boot in UK (Video)

The police in the United Kingdom have confirmed the arrest of a white teenager captured on video racially abusing and assaulting a black school kid.

The white teenager continuously punched the black school kid, telling him to kiss his dirty boots.

Seeing that he had been surrounded by other white kids who cheered the racist teenager on, the black school kid kissed the boots.

The Cumbria police department has now confirmed the arrest of the white teenager over the incident which occurred in Carlisle, United Kingdom.
